Need to Reschedule?

We ask that you please provide 24 hours notice if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee 

Late arrivals 

• We ask that you please let us know if you are running late. If you are 15 mins (or more) late, a late fee will be applied to your service and/or you may need to reschedule.   

No shows

• A No show fee will have to be paid in full before a new appointment will be accepted

• We will contact you prior to your appointment. If you have not confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule you.
